We love participating in community events!

 

Participating in the community helps us to: 

 

• Share Ukraine’s vibrant culture 

• Bring awareness of the war by sharing our Ukrainian partners stories

• Create supportive artwork and messages for kids and schools throughout Ukraine!  

• Support other amazing organizations throughout the community

What we have done at community events:

• Introduce attendees to Hugs From Friends

• Set up artmaking tables for attendees to make art and letters (we provide the art supplies)

• Share stories of our partners in Ukraine

• Set up Ukrainian cultural tables to showcase such things as Ukrainian Easter Eggs, beautiful embroidery, artwork and photos of Ukraine

• Screened a Ukrainian movie to create awareness about the war
